I'm a retired postal worker, and I'm only vaguely aware of how this works; because I didn't need to know the details. Even my wife, who worked at the airport facility where international mail is received, didn't know any more than me. Someone in an office determines what all the charges are and which postal service receives what share of revenue. Our job was simply to sort the mail; it's called the division of labour.

Odd that he says we should be excited about how interesting & useful this is, but doesn't give us a way to access/download the spreadsheet ourselves. There's not even a description of how he got to it. It's probably not too difficult, but providing access to resources & references for what your presenting is good practice & backs up your claims/facts.

Normal developers would just use a database, but the postal service is too chad for that.

1. Spends 5 minutes telling us about a wondrous spreadsheet.
