i needed this, i asked my instructor about this but says we dont need to learn it as wb's. ( i keep getting leg locked in sparring)

So the principle here is that you never let your opponent put his belly down, facing the mat, that way you avoid him finishing you in a Aquilis or heel hook.

I tried to corkscrew out of it instead of putting on the boot…huge tap for me!!!
