I think that if Kars hadn't lost, he probably would have been able to master Stand over time

Some way harmon can stay relevant. increasing your blood flow. imagine someone who can increase their blood flow which inturn increases oxygen levels exponentially. drawback is it puts strain on the body. harmon used in bullets to create lethality. this would introduce harmon soliders and create a massive need to learn to defend with harmon for many users. the bullets and the gun can be coated with organic material with harmon based weapons, which they will be opposing to all stand users. they can make a stand user who can resonate harmon into himself or his stand which has an ability to breathe outside normal conditions, which increases more harmon usage and creativity. that in itself can be a whole part in itself. the main boss could combine all 3: spin, harnon, and stand in which his ultimate goal is to get kars from previous universe and pulled into this new one based on SBR. This could make a full cycle into all the jojo parts and a homage to beginnings. kars could be the ultimate villian for the next part after.
