To be honest. This was the performance that made me mesmerized and fall for his graceful skating. It was like he was dancing along to the tunes of every note, the flow was smooth and the way his skates touched the ice as though he was born for it making it look so effortless. Captivating Yuzu; one of a kind, forever grateful.

damn everytime i watched yuzuru he just leaves me breathless. he is truly the GOAT

We're very lucky to be alive in this time, to witness the greatest male ice skater in human history. It's only a shame the Olympics are in 4 year intervals, he would've won dozens of gold medals if they held it seasonally. 😂

2017, 2018 were fascinating years with most powerful skaters. I am very impressed that Yuzuru is still keeping up close. in fact, this is one of his best skates

no matter how many jump and sh.t happens in future this is the best perfomance in fs i have ever seen at the time i didn't know that he won or this was even a comp i thought it was a performance later i knew who he is and still to this day i haven't seen a single better performance and will never will by the way this sport is going its so jump heavy now isu need to change something or else it will just become a glorified jumping sport

figure skating peaked in 2018 now no one watches gpf was empty this year lol i can understand though i rather go watch one of yuzu's shows then some jumping comp no offense its just a jumping comp now when it used to be +3 he set so many records but now that its so easy to score with +5 anyone can get 190 like its nothing isu dropped the ball on this one with the rule changes they needed to limit the quad not make a quad fest if you watch any of the skater from 2018 they flowed with music but now they care about elements more then perfomance

もうどんな言葉でも表すことができないほど素晴らしい演技です。固唾をのんで画面の前で観戦して、めちゃくちゃ緊張していた当時の記憶も一生の宝物です。羽生君のフリーが始まって大興奮でずーっと涙が止まらなくて、演技後点数を見てまた大号泣して、その後の最終グループの皆の演技も素晴らしくてハラハラドキドキして...凄く心に残っている大会です。6年前の試合ですが昨日のことのように覚えています。羽生くんありがとう。いつまでも応援します！！
