Question: doesn’t compensation conversations happen during the initial interview? So are you saying you’re up front about negotiations/compensation expectations or do negotiations happen during the offer?

For context: I am in the he service industry & NOT in tech. Compensation is usually discussed during the first interview vs ‘let’s see how skilled you are and if we like you AND THEN offer you the position’. I hope where I’m coming from and my question makes sense.

Making money, starting a business and self development can only be achieved if you consistantly work on it, it is my personal experience... if you are reading this keep in mind that you cannot become successful in a week.===
