Great stuff! What would you recommend for simply monitoring gmail accounts. I'm currently keeping an eye on about 60 of my client's accounts. I don't need to write emails, just looking for something that is easy to organize, low cost and doesn't have a lot of issues. Thanks!
ОтветитьYou didn't really showcase anything. I'm looking for a one place quick tour, your very generic opinion on each item isn't very helpful without showing use cases. I can scroll through each companies websites and get about as much information (which is barely anything to make a decision on).
ОтветитьThe Bat!
ОтветитьBeen using Outlook for years, but lately it has been buggy for me. I switched over to the free version of eM Client and love it. eM client imported all my files over from Outlook during the set up without me having to do anything. Very user friendly. The free version is good for individuals - you get two email accounts. For more than that, there is a cost, but they're one time payments, not a monthly charge.
ОтветитьThe new outlook app is utter trash. It can't even display an e-mail just crash/force close every 2 seconds. Had no choice but to delete it altogether and download something that works. Ended up with Wino mail just because it was there for download and it looks mostly the same as the original Windows 10 e-mail client. To me an e-mail app has one simple job, to display the emails...I don't need it to or want it to serve me a burger and fries along with everything and make the app crash constantly as a result.
ОтветитьGood commentary, but if you're going to stack up everything in epic, it's not helpful at all
ОтветитьNo mention of Thunderbird? :(
ОтветитьI've been using Eudora since 1996 and won't give it up although it doesn't like 4digit extensions on attachments. I have 1.8gbs of emails in it(all my students and clients since 1996), 950 mailboxes (mailboxes in mailboxes in mailboxes, all carefully organized and easily accessible) and dozens of filters that filter my email. I can find anything in a matter of seconds. No problem on Windows 10 --- heaven forbid I can't use it on Windows 11 which I'll soon have. It has so many features that I use constantly, like changing the subjects of emails so that they match the content. It has crashed every now and then - not frequently - but I've never lost an email. Eudora was discontinued around 2006 but one can still download it for free......Many Eudora users switched to Thunderbird then but Thunderbird didn't/doesn't have half the features.
ОтветитьVecchio ;-) mancava il buco con il cerchio attorno
ОтветитьGrazie Vecchi ;-)
ОтветитьThey are all terrible. And unless you want to pay to read free email, there are eternally only about 5 choices...and they are all more trouble than they are worth.
It started with me as far back as the 90s, when I used Outlook Express. Well, they turned that simple software into some kind of paid subscription service that you have to eternally pay to use. From there, I spent time with them all...Mailspring, Mailbird, Thunderbird, eclient...and whatever others I am not remembering. In time, every last one of them will start acting up and give you some kind of puzzle to solve which...I simply do not have time for. If you live long enough, given the limited options, you run out of new ones to try that haven't failed you before.
This time, when my Mailspring gave up the ghost, I found the answer that will work...FINALLY!
Go to your web based Gmail. Tell it to "create a shortcut." Directions for that are easy, and easy enough to google up. Put the shortcut it generates wherever you now keep your email icon. Then...
...Go into the settings, and tell gmail to store your email on your local computer. Again, easy enough to find instructions.
Bada bing, bada boom...now gmail itself behaves EXACTLY like an email client. Problem solved. And do not waste time feeling like a dummy. It took me 30 years before I figured this one out.
thanks! how about the shift app that aggregates all kinds of apps? can you review that?
ОтветитьI am trying spark now but I can not figure out how to get the calendar function going in Windows. Any thoughts ??
ОтветитьPlease stop making these vile gawking gormless fish mouthed thumbnails.
ОтветитьI am sorry, but this ranking is totally useless. It is missing elementary things, for example basic descriptions of these apps (supported protocols etc.). Showing animated product websites and not showing real app, realy? It is based only on Yours opinion (maybe little bit shifted in favor whos paing more?).
ОтветитьThunderbird
ОтветитьYou simply cannot get any worst application than Mailbird it is so confusing, that you end up dreading to have to send email
ОтветитьExcellent! Just what I was looking for. Thanks.
ОтветитьCanary Mail missing. How does it compare to Spark?
ОтветитьLOL was this like a "superhuman" promotion or something? hahaha you didn't show screenshots, you didn't say anything interesting about it only that you use it. LMAO.
ОтветитьHi just watching videos about emails providers. Please can you solve a problem for. Anytime i try to send and email it says "email has lines too long for transport" how can i solve this?
ОтветитьSpark is shit lately, constantly getting issues now with Calendar invites not being added to my gmail account even tho it shows in Spark calendar
ОтветитьHey, do you think setting up a professional email with the Custom Email Domain with Apple iCloud+ is worth it? I'm thinking of using it for my professional email account.
ОтветитьThe weird thing about Superhuman is that it’s really rare to find a video showing it actually being used rather than simply talking about how brilliant it is. The following seems almost cult-like?
ОтветитьBest of the Best. AIRMAIL. Developed by apple.
ОтветитьWhere is ProtonMail?
Ответитьto be honest I tried lot of Email applicaitions including outlook but after start to working in a corporate company I understood there is no other Email application can compete with outlook, it has too many options and fetures that not many of us dont know. for me outlook is way above of any other application.
ОтветитьThis video is crap and so are most of these programs. One is a glorified texting program, on tries to dictate how you should use the program and the other tries to "Calm you down". How about some useful information, like "it works with Microsoft Exchange"? You are literally just repeating their marketing bullshit!
ОтветитьThanks for the info. I just noticed Outlook has been uploading MP4, mp3 & other personal files off my sd card. Now I need a new email account.
ОтветитьNo Thunderbird?
ОтветитьThe day after i paid for my Spark subscription, i realised it doesn't support multi window on Mac. Pretty annoying, compose, close to drafts judt to access inbox, find other info, go back to drafts and open it again, repeat. ahhh Multiwindow - it's the only thing i miss from Apple Mail, wish i'd been more thorough, they got me
ОтветитьLooks like a headphone review with everything above 3 stars. Rate them 1 to 10 without any labels. That way its subjective and relative to other platforms reviewed without pissing off the companies that pay your bills.
ОтветитьIs there any tool for Online Solutions? All those programs you have to re-enter your emails each time after logout from the profile app account, or install the app again etc... I am looking for Web Browser Solution to manage all my emails in one place, so each time i log in into the account, my emails already logged in, no need to re-enter them again (passwords etc..)
ОтветитьNewton is a great app that’s not worth the money they charge.
ОтветитьWhat, no mention of Gmail or Apple Mail?
ОтветитьMailbird is missing
ОтветитьCovered in this video:
Spike email
Spark email
Newton Mail
Poly mail
Hey email
Air mail
Missive email
Super human email
Outlook suck so bad it brought me here. I miss superhuman shortcuts and snippets
ОтветитьWindows Mail app was surely the worst of all, however I just tried the new Windows 11 Mail update today and its good !!! I'm shocked. It's now similar to Windows Live Mail. It was absolute crap before this !!! It's now more like Windows web mail and also more similar to Windows Live Mail. It's actually OK now. Finally, they get it. I can't believe this. Oddly, they are now calling it The New Outlook.
ОтветитьAs a prior Gmail, Apple Mail, Spark, Cloze, Airmail, and Tempo user.
Here’s my take. You spend 27% of your time daily on Email.
Use the one that works, gets the job done and allows you to make your emails useful.
I use Superhuman. It works flawlessly.
I disagree with this ranking as it doesn't reflect my experience. Spark and Newton Mail were initially good but became unreliable with large numbers of emails. Despite its search feature, Newton Mail often failed to find anything. Superhuman is too expensive for me, so I now use Apple Mail, which is reliable and easy to use, even with thousands. It's worth noting that many people have a large number of emails, so blaming the user for this is unhelpful.
ОтветитьSpark 3 seems like kinda a mess and they lost me. Spark 2 was so good. Did everything awesomely without a bunch of noise.
Ответитьoutlook is absolute ass
ОтветитьIt’s a pity that Hey requires a wholesale transfer rather than simply being an email client.
I’m not convinced by Superhuman yet. It’s very good, but I can’t see the $30 price tag hanging around for long. Take that away and it’s a nice polished app, like Things 3. Worth paying for, but there’s a limit.
When you mention privacy, I’d really like to see a review of the policies. If Proton is the best for privacy, what makes it so and what about the others?
Newton mail is too slow at searching and spark doesn't do read receipts. Trying to find another one which supports one login for multiple emails that's also affordable.
ОтветитьI have so many problems with Spark, I don't understand your rating.
Superhuman is incredibly EXPENSIVE and only work with GMAIL... Why? Google do not respect privacy and people!
How about BlueMail? Found it while researching on email apps.
