Let’s see? Your mist is too heavy, you need an actual atomizer mister bottle that puts out a super fine mist. You get things way too wet, applying too much comp at one time, not waiting long enough between applications, you need to be adding much less comp, just a fine dusting per application. You also need to be sorting your stars through star sorting screens or buckets regularly to help keep them uniform, which in turn will make them roll better too. You should be stopping more regularly and drying them between sessions. Even when they are that small. It can take the better part of a long day and eat a lot of comp just to get good 1/4” stars. Days or weeks of work for larger stars. You’re getting a lot of clumping and raspberries. Using the toro method is way better. Look up Steve Hubing… he actually knows what he is doing. Maybe learn the basics from the masters before throwing up a you tube channel and “showing people how to make homemade fireworks”? What your doing here is honestly dangerous and you need to learn waayyyyyy more yourself you start teaching anything anything to anyone. I just don’t want to see anyone get hurt, and watching your videos I can pick out sooo many close calls and dangerous acts it isn’t funny- clicks aren’t worth it, and you can’t monetize this kind of content anyway. You think you were the first person to try? You also need to fully understand the legalities of this hobby too, because it’s readily apparent you don’t.

Brilliant Blue! Not that I recommend or possess it, what would happen if one were to replace KClO4 with KClO3? Just curious.

You've likely already figured this out, but it's much easier to star the cores in a separate small container, get a layer of comp rolled on them, and then put them in the big roller.

did you use iso alcohol and a water mix? I tried a very similar comp, phiko blue a few days ago using denatured alcohol.. WOW what a mess that was.

You're adding too much liquid and comp.
One light spray and one tp and let it roll as long as it needs to. If you see that the comp is damp, it's too much.
