It was so nice being around other IU fans, cause as you said you wouldn't normally find them in your day to day life in the UK.

I remember during the Heart VCR and we all sang heart. And our strawberry moon 🌙 sing along event with the banners. It was incredible.

I had to quickly run to the toilet after coin, cause I didn't want to hold on to my drink and I decided to drink it all at once 😞. I came back in time for the photo she took with all of us though.

I almost cried during through the night, cause she looked so emotional. On the tube after the concert it was filled with ueanas which was nice,

I get what you mean about it being a sort of risk. Cause she has been on her "Love Poem" tour which was around asia. But as she said the European and American concert were all new.

Some people posted that in her Berlin concert said thought the people in berlin listen to techno music and her music is very different to that, so she was nervous .😅

I loved your story!!! I was in Berlin exactly a week ago (in a spot very similar to yours, I think), and it's still all so surreal... I would just like to talk about that at any time of day or night 😅

As soon as the Berlin concert ended, IU wrote on her fancafe (it doesn't happen often...) how surreal everything seemed to her, how the concerts in Europe had left her breathless at many moments and how the London concert had been the most emotional, while the Berlin one was one of the funniest. Even in the video message she leaves every month to the official UAENA she reiterated that Europe was a total surprise for her! I still can't believe I was part of this epochal event 😅
I think she will speak about it in the IUtv episode, too...

When IU was 16 years old (Korean age: 17), IU did a private encore song on a live TV show for Like a Star. There was a fancam, so I'll share the link in the comment. Since it's a private video, some Koreans may be seeing it for the first time.
And she is 32 years old in Korea.

The alternate ending to Love Wins All that was shown in the concert is actually the original planned ending...LWA supposed to have happy ending!
However during the finishing of LWA, they decided its better to go with the tragic ending instead....and broke all our hearts😢😂

Oh, and the black paper that changes when you put your hands on it, thats some kind of thermal printing, if im not mistaken. The warmth from your hand made the picture visible.

IU has an English teacher & her English name is Lily. I think she said after performing at KCon in the US that she would learn English to better converse with the audience as it was her one regret then.

She always performed with a live band and had an orchestra at the The Golden Hour concert.

(just started watching, but) Taylor Swift was why I chose Berlin over London (I'm pretty much in the middle). Next time I'll probably come to London, though! English interpreter would be so much easier 😅

I’ve been looking around a number of vlogs and fancams of IU’s EU leg of the tour to see what type of response she’s getting over there and it’s great to see she’s doing well. Also I’m very envious the EU stops got Love Poem in the en-encore.

I’m seeing her twice at the tail end of the tour in California, so only a month left until then. I’ve seen so many kpop concerts in the past decade, but these two I’m so excited about and I already know they will top them all for me, since I went all in for front row lol

It’s hard to believe after 12 years of dreaming to go see an IU solo concert, the dream becomes a reality soon.

Saw the show in Berlin last week. She is so beautiful, sings perfect and nice to the crowd. I love her so much and hope to see her again.
I lovlove Hotel Del Luna and My Mister. And the movie broker is worth to see. She acts wonderful and all movies with her are amazing.

I already thought that an asian family holiday would work. And if there is an IU concert at the location by chance I would go there, while my family does sight seeing ;-)

In traditional Korean age IU is 32. When she recorded 23 she was 23 in traditional Korean age. when you are born you are 1, not 0.

IU's concerts are addictive. Once you have been part of it you will definitely want to go to another. Her live performances are insane.

Oh! What an enviable thing it is to be able to attend Ji-Eun's concert in London in person! After all, there are too many people who want to go but have no luck...😑

In Taipei, there are 700,000 access attemps in a few seconds to competing for 20,000 tickets. That's really a bloody ticketing war.😂

I was also there and I loved your recollection of the evening, starting with the Shifties and the amount of Asian people just around the corner. I have seen The Rose (Korean, also in the arena earlier this year), but it was a ‘normal multicultural London audience’ So, I was surprised by the make up of the audience in London for IU. I loved it! What a wonderful experience.

I was there a section further back. I think you conveyed the awesomeness of the 3 hours.

CBR track was London only. She does a different song related to each country. Often singing in the local language.

I was impressed how well we sang pre-encore. There was another point in the encore ballad when the crowd singing seemed to overwhelm her.

How can so tiny a person have such a huge effect on my tearducts. I didn't think the UAENA hole could be any deeper. No intention of climbing out.

Hopefully next year there won't be Swifties making the hotels soo expensive.
