2024 Fix "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION" Issue in Windows

I have only Standard AHCI SATA in submenu of Controller IDE ATA/ATAPI... wtf

I had 3 SATA drives is that normal? Thy are all the exact same thing I’ve had so many blue screens like 5 in the last hour all watchdog violation I’m on windows 11 ran the scan now and the check disk /f /c thing updated windows in settings for the cumulative updates and still I’m getting blue screens for watchdog violation please help

I tried to fix this but not working. It only happens when I try to connect to internet

How do i get onto the windows screen if every option i press whilst its on the blue screen doesnt do anything? for some reason it just keeps loading up tp 100% restarts and then just takes me back to the blue screen.

i did this update SATA step but in the end instead of the yes/no dialog box for me my D drive pops up

I did the first step and it seems like it made it worse! Now when I restart my PC, it keeps going back to the blue screen and it won't allow me to do anything!

I fixed it by disabling my dedicated gpu in device manager in safe mode, my graphic card was causing this error

This happens due to an incorrect installation/update of windows, or it could be due to certain software issue present in the PC. What my issue was that I got the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and my Laptop wouldn't boot up anymore and would be stuck on the booting screen. So if you are not stuck on the booting screen and have a chance of running your system please make sure you keep a backup of your personal information on a hard disk. How I fixed my issue was that I took it to my service centre which was Asus and they decided to completely erase all my data and install a fresh one with the proper updates etc. And it did with no problems at all. So that would be my solution to this hectic problem.
