I thought i had tennis elbow, but I'm confused
My problem is that everytime i extend or flex my arm my elbows make a snapping noise and i mean every time with no pain .
Unless im doing repetitive biceps curls and triceps extension it starts to hurt
Mine pain on inside of elbow I can't fully straighten arm . I did break same arm few years ago and ligaments.
Ответитьi tried and tested positive for both the tests
ОтветитьLooks @ a few vids trying 2 diagnose if i have it... The pain is actually in the 'depression' area behind the lat epicondyle (which you can see if you simply extend your arm forward). What causing the pain (as a 'test') is this: elbow to the body, arm flexed, palm up, fingers extended, extending the arm down (with effort) and simultaneously clenching the fist (with effort) then it's pretty painful in that 'depression' area... Not sure if it's because of tendonitis or not...
ОтветитьI think i got tennis elbow through bicep curls and shoulder lateral raises
ОтветитьThank you this helped out a lot!
ОтветитьI was doing a lot of DIY and I have bad pain in my arm now around the elbow joint and the bicep , I DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS /
ОтветитьI have pain directly on my tip of elbow with the opposite of your tests, pushing up on the middle finger(1st test) or pushing up on the pinky of fist (2nd test). Do you have any videos for that? I also did the Golfer's elbow tests and have no pain with those. I play both tennis and golf and trying to figure it out. Great videos, yours were the best for simplicity of explanation and tests. Thanks,
ОтветитьVery impressive, very informative, thanks
Ответитьgod bless you . i have no words for your help in dealing with brachioradialis injury and telling about active range of motion also point noted about taking care of shoulder especially sits and wrist muscles to check for imbalances and overcompensation
ОтветитьVery useful! Are you going to put up a video with exercises too, as you did for Golfer's Elbow?
