Dear sir can u pls answer to my one query.
One of my client is education institution had 12A/80g registration. He applied for same again under amended law but taken only provisional registration for AY 22/23 onwards and not final registration.
For FY21/22 whether he can file his itr u/s 10(23c) iiiad ? Or he has to mandatorily get accounts audited and file for 10B .

Sir provisional certificates aa gaye iske baad final certificate ke liye wapas apply krna hoga ya nahi. Because provisional par likha hua hai valid till AY 2026-27
