I go to the repair shop for my poco f1 he replaced lcd screen but it wont work can tell me why?

Hello, I replaced my screen two month ago and it worked just fine.
Unfortunally after one month the coulors started to blurr. After a while
the whole screen flickered and went black now. However when I lift the
screen in a certain angle it works but the touch wont work. Has anyone
an idea what can be done to fix it? Thanks alot!

Some notes from someone who just did this. Just to clarify some things in the vid.

1) Removing the back cover requires quite a lot of force. Also, be careful that you are slotting your pick/tool underneath the recover and not underneath the screen (that will come later).
2) When it came to removing the motherboard bracket (they call it the antenna in the video) but its the plastic shielding over the motherboard. There is a screw covered by an orange MI sticker. Its shown in the video but I missed them removing it while following along. Just note that is a screw.
3) The screwdriver for the motherboard bracket is PH000 in my set. A small cross-shaped screw.
4) The battery is really solidly stuck on. The video makes it look so easy to remove, it was not. I had to really get under it using one pick to leverage another and pry it up carefully.
5) If you live in a pretty hot country like I do you probably don't need a heater to remove the glue. See if you can wedge a pick in there without the heater.
6) I would be wary of bending some of the cables the way they do in the video. These people have repaired hundreds of phones, so they know the limits. You could potentially bend them too far.

Otherwise, this was the best tutorial I found.
