Not even close...I've been playing on & off since this was offered on the PS4 day one when it came out. then there were like Seven Frames, handful of weapons and planets and no Prime Anything...today it's close to 50 Various Frames, couple of hundred different weapons, countless Quests, places and ares to explore...and not one time has DE charged extra for any of it...There's not another game anywhere that can match the design & art let alone what Warframe offers overall..can always go play that 'D-Game' with same three character/classes it's had for last 4+yrs...

It's, not 2021 anymore Pupsker...

I mean warframe is a Casual burn time game and I think it’s the best at it I love what it brings I do wish the game would of have a decent pvp just for when your bored but it doesn’t

What changes did they make to help people with early game, I’d love to know what they did and how it helped to get people from start to second dream, if anyone knows I’d appreciate it.

You can't review warframe story or full game until mid game or until you get excalibur and understand the building

Not gonna lie, the gameplay loop is pretty soul crushing. However, I think people have this misconception about needing all games to be like a 5 star Michelin Chef prepared masterpiece. Many games are like Popeyes Fried Chicken. It's not art but it sure gives you a good high when you play it once in a while. Yes, some of us are also addicted to eating junk food and will eat nothing but junk food, so what?

i loved to play warframe,.. till i lost my account to a hacker, and DE asked question like which warframe i played 7 years ago, and what not along those lines,.... and when i missed the answer on 1 of those questions, i got the response that they wouldnt return my account... so i lost an account with multiple thousands of hours massive investments into slots and weapons and all DE said was yeah the stolen account wasnt mine and i should just shup up and be happy about it

its true that is a fast game. I started around the middle of this year and already have a spaceship, a mecha, the big pp gun, the wings, the skateboard before hitting rank 11. it was the biggest progress i have made in any MMO i ever played.

Im a new player, around 120 hours in (honestly feels weird saying "new player" with over 100 hours), and started playing with no friends at all, nobody invited me, literally the wiki, some docs i found in the Warframe sunreddit and asking in a discord, plus the bunch of videos there are became a bible. The mods I learned just placing stuff, watching stuff going green gave me more free spaces, got a random aura mod once and I finally learned those give more points to use instead of using them. Weapon wise guns feels quite bad after a while unless im just comparing them without thinking with melee weapons which hit so hard out of nowhere after couple bronce mods and some silver because of elements, which once again takes a bit of time to understand because its not just fire, cold, toxic and electric elements, but there are mixed elements and each one do something different and hit harder specific stuff until my monke brain went "viral go brrrrr".

Had to check a lot about a frame I could get because 30 hours with just excalibur kinda get old since you dont get mods to do a lot of stuff, going Rhino because Rhino is every new player who bother to check a guide their new lord and savior, including me. See you got some weird thing called void relic, check where to use it, run a random void relic quest, see is normal quest but slightly harder, something get marked on screen so why not grab it, if its marked must be a good drop, wait its to crack or something the relic, get something with prime added, check whats prime, just keep playing, learn the sad way there is a warframe slot limit, be thankful you get 50p for free at the start. Just keep going unlocking planets because that one drop you wanted to craft something you either farm it with 1% drop rate on an early planet or get 50 every 5 mins in uranus, saturn or something like that at the very least. Enslave yourself to spend hard earned credits and materials to syndicate because it seems you gonna need the rank 5 syndicates, which also takes a bit of time to see the perks if its actually worth all that grind until you learn what I said, rank 5 syndicate mods per frame, if you want your ember to get energy back with meteors and be more hot, time to farm that.

Of course there is so much much much more, there is always something to do, but somedays im reading the wiki or watching videos far more than actually playing. I got sevagoth because had a 75% discount but console players seems we only get discount on plat items in market and not plat itself, so got him because I love his design since I started playing, dont have a prime and seemed I have to do a whole bunch of stuff to unlock the thing to farm him. Just to build him and because he really needs energy related mods, I spend a lot of time just looking where are the best places to farm X or Y mod, see in some I had to unlock the circuit so did the entire duviri thing, but also discover riven mods which after some other searches now I just think of it as something I wont bother with right now. Weapon wise I just got a soma because im not mastery level high enough to use prime weapons and even almost have everything for the Corvas prime. And there is way more, the market, the tier and rotation thing, the formas, what are those semi-circular thing on the right side of frame mods, out of nowhere im a dude who control with telepathy the frame and have a kindaish second character shooting lasers when I need to who also is the dude I need to do something to the abomination in the Plains of Eidolon that appears near a lake it seems, what is kuva and why im making a lich now?

Warframe is fun, takes time, but is fun.

I'm the player that joined at the first opportunity and I introduced a friend to the game weeks after... I'm the player who knows the systems and changes because I lived through them... Like I lived through void tower keys, I along with some friends dominated the leader boards on ODD3 with the broken but highly dangerous Nyx, Volt, and Trinity comp. Nyx with infinite damage scaling on ult, and only vulnerable to a Volt with Amprex, Volt with 50+ shields stacking infinite crit killing the Nyx if she dared to detonate her ultimate, and finally the EV trinity making sure we never ran out of energy. A Nova was an optional damage increase, but not really needed.
Now Nyx is damage capped and completely nerfed with the intro of channeled energy degen, Volt can't stack his shields to ridiculously fun degrees, and Trinity is fine.

I’m the friend that got a friend into the game, I didn’t have anyone to get me into it. I agree that I really only did it because I’ve had a lack of a fun experience to look forward to. If I didn’t have the drive to just say skrew it and learn this game, despite the 100+ times I had to pull that damned wiki up. I would have never touched it because of the sheer amount of constant confusion

Vor then: grueling fight that was engaging and fairly challenging.

Vor now: Tenet Envoy the ground 3 times and sprint to evac.

When I picked warframe back up for the 3rd or 4th time to actually try the game i kept asking my friend what the hell forma was, I knew what polarity was, I knew what it was supposed to do. There just had to be another use to this useless resource that I just hadn’t found.

There wasn’t, I thought Forma was the same thing as Catalysts and Reactors.

I think the reason he says "No one cares about the lore" is because no one talks about it to new players. I imagine if he asked someone, they would appear to be indifferent to it but in reality we just want to give away as little info as possible.

Since I got the game in 2014 I've always loved exploring new features so I was always that guy that helped people understand the game until I came back to 2000 new features, maps, weapons, etc. lmao

The biggest reason I struggled to get into warframe for a while was because my dad would just delete it off the family computer along with most other games I liked that he never heard of. Now as an adult I play all the time.

Even up until ceres, the graphics look pretty meh. If they want to bring in new players they need to update early planet graphics.

As a lowly MR7 player (i got it on xbox and now switch so I can play more now in intervals)

Being able to access Cetus right away after taking a break and MR3 at the time and a low level Ember or the free Trinity Prime via Amazon and was still more or less vanilla was (to roughly quote a funny owl)

This game pits you against multiple enemies, gives one of them a gat and pours tubs of toxic waste all other the floor and tells you "Get in there, Tiger!"


Also earlier this week, i learned there was a quest log... so i will also take blame for maybe im not that smrt.
