I have never thought about visiting Ghana before but now It's moved up pretty high on my list for this alone.

My FAVORITE dish as a Ghanaian. I’d pick Waakye OVER Jollof rice, minus the fried fish and the pasta. I don’t know about the avocado though.

Mum never allowed as to use the the sorgum leaves, just the bicarbonate and came out nicely, the leaves are just for colour.

Am so happy to see the plantain leaves still being used in serving Waache the scent of the leaves takes me back to elementary school days😋
