Can you use the stand mixer?
ОтветитьDelicious, you made it look very easy!! Love your channel… I’m subscribed 😀
ОтветитьI made recipe 2 a few weeks ago, and they turned out beautifully! 😊
I went to make them a second time, realized there is no salt in the recipe, and took it upon myself to add some (10g), but then they didn’t turn out nearly as well, didn’t rise as much and not as fluffy and soft. What are your thoughts on salt affecting the end result?
I am officially dubbing you a "bread God"!! You deserve it.
ОтветитьCan you make these and freeze them in the dough form after shaping them?
ОтветитьCan you make this into a loaf?
ОтветитьSo if I did the math correctly, you went from 64% to 50% hydration? 324g liquid / 500g flour vs 275g liquid / 550g flour? That's quite a drop but it worked!
Question - after taking your starter out of the fridge, do you wait for it to come up to room temp before feeding it, or do you feed it straight out of the fridge? Does it matter either way?
Okay I need this for loaf bread. Now I need you to make that for me. My family loves kings Hawaiian loaf bread.
ОтветитьI made these using the second recipe, and they were amazing! It seemed to be missing something, though, and I realized there was no salt! I will definitely have to add that in next time. I see you added salt in the video but not in the recipe in the video description, just FYI. Thanks for a great recipe! Good job.
ОтветитьJust whipped up a batch of these using your second recipe with 450 g flour. I'm waiting for them to rise. I gotta say, the dough was still really sticky to work with but hey, they are probably going to be just fine. I'm not really a fan of Hawaiian rolls but my family loves them. They want to do ham/cheese sliders with these when they're done. Thanks Grant!
Update: I said I’m not crazy for Hawaiian rolls - well, I am now. What great flavor! You nailed it again Grant🎉
Did you use salted or unsalted butter? ❤
ОтветитьThese are delicious. Made them 3 times now. thanks Grant.
