ОтветитьI sleep on my side sometimes and woke up 2 days ago almost unable to raise my left arm. No idea what I did while unconscious.
Did that 2nd exercise, leaning against a countertop, stood up after doing the 5th rep, opened my chest, and my left shoulder popped so loudly my son heard it across the room. I feel great. You guys are awesome!!!

ОтветитьI was doing body weight dips on parallel bars and on my upward push on third set I had o popping noise in my right shoulder. Could not do another rep. I’ve had pain since. Seen the doctor gave me a cortisone shot. It lasted one day. Also a sheet of shoulder exercises to do. This happened June third. Doing therapy but still have pain. Please help. You guys are great. Thanks.
ОтветитьI use Bob and Brad for any problems that require physiotherapists from a major knee injury to a broken leg and a torn rotator cuff. Saved me money and didnt have to use analgesics. They are awesome!!!!

ОтветитьThe best thing for my frozen shoulder was wobenzym-n plus the exercises recommended by a physio.

ОтветитьAfter a year of having a frozen shoulder, its finally getting better. I can now raise it over my head and put my hand behind my head and lower back. Not at the same time.

ОтветитьI have tears in my bicep tendon. I've had it sewn several times (3) with rotator cuff repairs on the same shoulder. Are there any exercises I can do to prevent further tearing and strengthen the shoulder? I'm not wanting another joint replacement

ОтветитьI had a distal clavicle excision surgery. When i went to p t, I noticed that i didn’t do some of the same exercises that people that have rotator cuff surgery did. Are some of the exercises for both of those surgeries different.

I had the surgery for a total tear of m it rotator cuff with impingement
My shoulder is in horrible pain. Can't sleep and my surgeon wants me to go to pain mgt but I don't want thatl. I go to a stretch place and that flares my shoulder up. Pain is always an 8/10//
So sad

I must say these exercises started making a difference in my right shoulder almost instantly. I will follow your instructions and do these several times daily. ОтветитьI hurt my shoulder in December 2022 while fire spinning. Itreated it gently for six months and was still in so much pain I couldn't move a cup with that arm without crying out. A friend recommended PT and I didn't think moving it MORE could help. But my curiosity was piqued. I watched videos for a week until I found this one. Then I started doing the exercises every morning. Within w weeks I am pain free. I will keep doing the exercises because I think there is more work to do. Thank you for this video and for helping alleviate the pain I had for six months. I can't wait to spin fire again.
ОтветитьI used your chair exercises and it got me out of pain, I cannot recall how long it took me to get pain free but it worked for me.
I'd suggest that anyone who wants results with this exercise regime, should persist with them, because believe me, I've been pain free for years. I really do thank you guys, you know you stuff. God love you. 🙂👍

Ответить2 weeks ago in the ER I was diagnosed with rotator cuff calcific tendinitis and its the worst pain I've ever experienced, took almost 2 weeks of ice packs, Tylenol & ibuprofen before the pain level finally started going down. It was bad enough I couldnt even sleep in my bed as no matter what position I tried it felt like my arm was being pulled off, I started sleeping in a recliner which helped me sleep as arm pain wasnt nearly as bad there, This morning the pain level finally came down enough that I can start trying exercises in videos like these, Thanks.
