I hate how they make such a big deal about the mechanics/schematics and making the gameplay and yet previous sims games have better horse gameplay. Like you could tell they really put their heart/hard work into sims 2 and 3 and these new “packs/kits” are all just cheap cash grabs

It's not realistic and not for PC? Then, no thanks. I have a PC gamer for a reason. I don't want to play a mobile Sims. I want a fully realistic Sims 5 for PC and consoles. Otherwise it's a waste

Hmm this will be disappointed games ever made, I forget this game, Cities Skylines 2 much promise then Project Rene. And character building new adult Japanese video games "Honey Come" much better then Project Rene and "Room Girls" the gameplay same like The Sims series but with much better graphics.

I love The Sims 4. But, there is something that i don't like. When my sim goes to another world that feels far from my sim's house, then I see my sim's townies and family, friends all the time. I hope this is changed someday.

I just wanna highlight that Kermit the frog's name in spanish is Rene, so Project Rene sounds like Project Kermit to me :) 🐸

Dear EA: I’m a sims player since TS1, the sims franchise is, together, the games I’ve played most for my whole life. I’m from Colombia, back in the 2000’s was almost imposible to get a computer that runt The Sims 2, I asked my mom so badly to get a PC with a 3D acceleration card, and when I got it (back when the Sims 3 were out) the first game I played was TS2.

Im a software developer and videogame developer. The Sims risen my imagination, made me think about a world of possibilities and creation far from my own reality. I’m in the spectrum so having a huge sandbox of social interactions back when I was a teenager was importan to me. The Sims franchise has an special room in my heart. As I created myself in every single game, I discovered the life I would like to have, the style I use: watching myself as a sim kissing another male sim was reassuring, I felt accepted. TS3 was the game I wanted to create when I decided to study software development and the first ever digital game I bought was the Sims 4 (with my first ever salary)

By saying that, I’m concerned about the monetization model of Project Rene. The fact is free to play could be the best or the worst decision you have made with the sims franchise. Why not get back to TS/TS2/TS3 and giving the full experience from the start? are DLCs gonna be EP or micro transactions? Buying the Sims 4 and all its DLCs is imposible for people in my country (and to people in the so called “countries in development”)

If the red flags are true, I’m deeply sad to say that I will stop playing The Sims when TS5 is launched, I have not bought a DLC since Cottage Living do to the high price of the dollars. I appreciate TS4 as free to play, but full TS4 experience is one of the most expensive games right now. I would like to be exited about each new EP, the kits include in the EP. Understanding diversity is not only about representation, and the gaming industry should evolve to inclusive and conscious market and business models. I would like my nephew to be as connected to TS5 as I was to TS1 back in 2000.

Please dear EA, consider us a valid market. If you sell half price you will sell twice. Don’t kill The Sims franchise as with SimCity 🙏🙏🙏

I have never requested a pack before, mostly because I have no idea where to ask haha. Is there a possible way for an Australian themed expansion pack? With a world. I love so many packs that come out but always every game around don't connect Australia and since I can't create my own worls like sims 3 I'd thought I'd ask haha, maybe a good series of names 'The Sims Countries - (insert each individual country name here)'. I dunno haha or consider world creation and we make our own?

A big suggestion. Make sims 5 with sims 3 gameplay with a few missing elements to account for the modding community, sims 2 lore / storyline, sims 1 humour with sims 4 or better graphics. You guys will kill the sims Franchise if you make the game filled with micro-payment like Fortnite. Use a better engine to account the game suitable for a lot of devices. Pretty much, MAJORITY of the sims fan base are growing older. We expect maturity in gameplay and realism. LISTEN TO THE COMMUNITY AND STOP BEING MONEY HUNGRY. YOUR GAME WILL MAKE GOOD MONEY IF ITS GOOD. You guys need to make the game authentic.

Looks like u only have 1900 more hours than I do in playtime. By the way, I almost destroyed a save by filling a shell maze with mirrors and high poly custom content. This is with 128 GB RAM, and an nVidia RTX 3090. I ended up moving out the family. Speaking of which, any chance of another patch to the Sims 3 to make it compatible with the new EA app and new graphics cards?
