I'm perfectly happy being in one place at my home, with my stuff and friends. But having the ability to CHOOSE to go whenever and wherever, and not dependent on location or selling time for income.. that's the goal!
Ответитьanyone else having problems signing up to the email list? i've signed up multiple times with multiple addresses over an extended period of time and never received a single email
ОтветитьMaybe a dumb question: what about choosing suitable accommodation for a more extended time? Do you feel it is better to rent alone a cheap Airbnb or find other digital nomads that share your “productiveness target” and share the experience together?
Ответить>digital nomad
allright, can you describe in ONE sentence whats your main source of income? t
Xin chao!! 😜 Love the way you speak about all this! It's slightly out of the conventional scheme of 'Digital Nomads' and you are a great example leading with such different approach 🙇
You're officially my senpai :)
I was wondering why you chose Iceland to stay for a longer time?
ОтветитьSpot on, absolutely spot on. I've been a contractor overseas for almost 10 years now, getting between 4 - 6 months off each year. Getting a door of my own is really becoming urgent.... I was thinking exactly the same as you. Having a regular gym, buying my bread in a regular bakery, these things that sound so simple yet become so essential at some stage.
Also starting to realize how people, even close friends, become flaky at some point, because of the physical distance, no matter how much energy you spend staying in touch. Disappointing, but so is life.
Over these ten years I took a couple of breaks, trying to change my career path, professionally it wasn't very successful but that was when I found the deepest Love and made my most interesting experiences.
Hi Sorelle, I am trying to get into the nomad life with my current job (not yet my own business although I am planning on that) since the company allows me to work remotely as a developer and I would like to test the ground by spending a month (at least) in Portugal visiting several main cities from north to south. In the video you mentioned a time that may be too short when spending it in one place, how long would you recommend at minimum to stay in one city without feeling to be rushing the experience? I know that at the end it is subjective, but what was that time for you? :)
ОтветитьSlow travel is the best. You get to make friends whom you can visit again and again in the years ahead...
ОтветитьHello Sorelle :D , I wanted to inquire if it is possible to receive the previous emails from Abundantia that were sent before enrolling?
Ответить$5000 a month is a lot.
ОтветитьTo all my fellow entrepreneurs and aspiring ones - YOU GOT THIS! Believe that success is already yours! Stay consistent, resilient and focus on maintaining an abundant mindset. I love watching Sorelle's content because she keeps it real and it's super valuable info. =)
ОтветитьWhen I was 11 I would research and plan for my future life as a digital nomad, and after moving at 15 forgot about this ambition. After meeting the love of my vida and growing together, at 21 I’ve circled back around to planning my life as a future digital nomad of sorts! ❤️🔥Thank you for this channel and I like the mailing list thing very good!
ОтветитьI want to invest in something this year because what opened my eyes was a 17 year old vending chilli Cheese dogs at the park the other day and I felt I wasn't doing enough.
ОтветитьHey @SorelleAmoreFinance do you have a book filled with all of your and others finance advice or tricks and tips?! I would be interested in buying it. Thanks.
ОтветитьI will go to the end of the world with you, beautiful lady!
ОтветитьI recognized all of these and I 100% agree with you!
ОтветитьThank you Sorelle and crew for your contribution through these videos. I appreciate listening to you and learning through your experiences.
Much love from Sweden!
Thank you Sorelle :) Amazing video as always ♥️
ОтветитьSorelle! Thank you for describing the release from the endless lists of living in one place. I was a nomadic backpacker before covid and have been home for 2 years now. I've been struggling to pinpoint what my current frustration is, but you did it for me. THE ENDLESS LISTS of house/car/ect.!! Thanks for always sharing!
ОтветитьBasically what people don''t realize with this lifestyle: YOU STILL NEED A VACATION!
ОтветитьCool content, however what’s the best hustle to start asap from 0 to generate 4-5 figures income that really works ?
ОтветитьI find her outfit very matching the video content. The T-shirt looks like a 🎒. Fun details 😊
ОтветитьI'm a full-time digital nomad, 40+ and sold my home and everything. I agree to the freedom and people admiring me, but I definitely always seek long term stays! Always! because I NEED a routine and a gym and getting to know people.
I FULLY agree to needing self-discipline to get things done, maybe you can do a video about that one day?
What I do is create a routine as if I"m a locale right away, I don't spend time traveling around much at all and I always go to the same café, I pick ONE and stick to it, this to eliminate too much ''newness''
Still loving my life, but I WILL invest in a new ''door'' next year for sure! A home base.
Though I also agree on the lack of hassle of owning a home :)
Oh well...pros and cons for sure, it's a CHOICE everyone has to make for themselves.
And when it doesn't please me, I will change again :)
"Here's the philosophy of the rich and the poor. Poor people spend their money and invest what's left. The rich invest their money and spend what's left. Think like the rich--invest your money first, then spend what's left."
ОтветитьAs usual, thanks for sharing! This is relatable!
ОтветитьEyyyy today my influencer is saying Hi in my language. VNese here
ОтветитьSin chow?
ОтветитьThis was super relatable and exactly what I needed to hear.
Ответитьwhat about taxes?
ОтветитьSuddenly, I heard she said “xin chao” though i was watching a Viet vlogger. Nice to hear it in your video haha!
ОтветитьHey! Definitely you got all the points!
Just adding, I consider a digital nomad myself, because my work is 100% online, I’m not attached to any place if I don’t want to… I think thats what makes me a digital nomad. I don’t travel all the time tho… I think it is exhausting…
Digital nomad for me is travelling when I want without depending on a specific city. I’m doing like 2 or 3 travels per year, about 1 month each, and im loving it. No FOMO, and no burn out.
Heading to Merida next month to test out the Digital Nomad lifestyle!
Ответить💣
ОтветитьAnother con I've found is the expectations you can put on yourself, and how crushing they can feel. These days when I get to a new city/country, all I expect out of myself in the first couple of days is to find the nearest ATM, the closest corner store, and a good cafe to work from. Otherwise, I let myself be a homebody and chill as much as I want, because starting fresh each time can feel physically and mentally draining!
ОтветитьGreat video. A lot of really good points that I have experienced from traveling as well. Now I’m just trying to figure out where to go next ha ha.
ОтветитьSuch a beautiful way of explaining how hard it is maintaining your friends. So many lovely people in the world.
ОтветитьHelloo! Loved your video! I was wondering what you consider long for staying in a city or country. 1, 3, 6 months?
ОтветитьFor anyone out there who don't feel confident enough. Do what you can, with what you have, where you are. Don't let others define the world for you. Get up and grab the opportunities. Have an awesome day!
ОтветитьI always wanted to be a nomad, I'm one at hearts, since I was young. Though I can't at the moment cause I have a family now with a fiance who's uncomfortable with that since we have a toddler. I hope one day to have that life before I hit my late 30s. Though I should be grateful having a roof over my head of a apartments,, I know I'm not happy being solitary in one place. Before meeting my fiance, I was never home; I was always at my friends' house, going out of town, and etc. Freedom was my spark of life. I'm working hard to get my little camper and car; I don't have one cause my mom never took me to a DMV after we agreed, I'll take a driver class in high school, but it's ok I'm excited when the time comes!
Ответитьamazing tips, I definitely agree!
ОтветитьDigital Nomad life can be challenging however its excellent. I cannot wait to return after being landlocked due to COVID.
ОтветитьI’ve always loved the idea of traveling, but staying in each place for a while. Maybe a few months :)
ОтветитьXin chào!!! OMG, you're speaking in my mother tongue. So hypeeeee😆😆
ОтветитьMaintaining a home in Australia could expose your worldwide income to Australian Taxation. Especially if your are an Australian Citizen in the first place. It probably won’t matter that you only spend 2 months in that house if you don’t own a home anywhere else in the world.
ОтветитьMy husband and I have been digital nomads on and off since 2006, it changed our lives completely, and we’re not about to change just yet, but we definitely would like a base. Were about to start traveling again this time in an overland vehicle. Driving our home off grid and driving to other countries. I agree with you taking things slower is much better and avoiding air travel too as it gets more complicated every year. I’m about to start a new business as a mobile body artist so our new travels will allow me to connect with nature and people more as I love creating art and I love people 😉 it’s a must if you want to travel 😉 the world is better when you can slow down and enjoy the journey.
ОтветитьThanks for your content. You are awesome!
