I want to export it to excel file but i am not getting the option of exporting it in offline tool version 2.1

As in video it is shown not to select any drop down i.e accept /reject/pending/modify for the 'SAVED' status we try to did the same but after uploading the same we are seen Status "N" for the same and for those transaction no Edit option is available.
please help
