Hey dumb ass if u want the machine to make your hair stand up try standing on a plastic stool when u touch it, you need to insulate yourself from the ground so that the electrons will build up on ur hair making it stand up. If you just stand on the ground the electrons will just flow through ur body and into the ground and not make ur hair stand up.
