I actually only made it to the part of removing the hair, so now i just have a barbie without hair- so uh..I'm ganna probably ask my mom for help for the rest.

Just a tip if you’re struggling with bright colors like purple- instead of adding white or more dark purple or black- try adding red or blue to subtly shift the purple. If you want it desaturated add the opposite color (some orange or yellow)

Sometimes I think about how the first ever monster high doll I tried to customize was given to me by a friend as they had an old doll they didn't need anymore from when they would play with them as a kid. Said doll I proceeded to mess up pretty bad. I ended up deciding on going with a deer design and it just didn't turn out. What was said doll you may ask nefra. I had no idea that doll was rare. I tried doll customizing once after that but never got a hang of it and gave up

I love how even though Zura is a demoness, at her core, she’s still a mom who keeps keepsakes like picture albums filled with cute, and slightly embarrassing (to Ember), pictures of her family.

I don’t know why, but I get a total Roger and Jessica Rabbit vibe from Goatman and Zura in that no one knows how they got together, appearance wise, but they’re completely and totally in love with one another. I love how in some of those pictures, Goatman’s mask makes him look goofy, such a dad lmao 😂.

Ember got most of her looks from her mom, but she definitely got her stubbornness from her father. I adore Zura and loved the little picture album of Ember growing up!

I just rewatched this again because it's almost halloween and I'm excited to see if we get a halloween doll this year! With the new studio and everything I'd understand if we don't, but I'm still hopeful lol the Holiday special dolls are some of my favorites from any doll customizer that I watch! Especially the ones where you guys all do big collabs together!
