Ответитьdid you say that we can use acetone? bad idea and btw citrus cleaner are good you just wanna rinse afteword with hot water and dry it with blowdryer.
ОтветитьYes use Wd 40.
ОтветитьCitrus cleaner is good you just have to rinse and dry well
ОтветитьUse wd40 but dont skate right after you use it
ОтветитьAs needed, which I realize is a vague reply. If you hear your bearings making loud sounds, or see them dirty, it's always a good time to clean them. If you're looking for a time suggestion, I'd say once every 3 to 6 months depending on how much you're skating.
ОтветитьI would highly advise NOT using WD 40. It leaves too many residues, which is what it's designed to do. However, bearings need special lubricant to ensure they keep spinning for a long time. WD 40 is not designed for this, and breaks down leaving your bearings susceptible to breaking.

ОтветитьIf it's pure acetone, then yes. You usually can find it near other nail polish cleaners
Ответитьskate them through sand and puddles lol. Not recommended, but hey, you wanted louder bearings.
ОтветитьSkating while intoxicated is probably not a good idea. HIlarious, but not a good one.a
Ответитьso no citrus cleaner cause the skateboardtech guy said to only use that and stay away from the stuff you suggested so who shoud i go with
ОтветитьThe reason I would go with something other than citrus cleaner is you need to really, really make sure it's all gone after you use it. To me, it's a lot easier to use a different cleaner that doesn't require another step, but if you like citrus then it's ok. I'm going by recommendations by bearing companies, and from personal use. Gumout has worked really, really well for me, so I'm all for it. But if you feel like another is working better, then go for it.
ОтветитьI'm not really sure. On one hand, it looks like that will protect the metals and may help against corrosion, but it does leave waxes behind to do that, and if there's too much buildup it could muck up your ride. I did some searching but couldn't find anyone using it specifically on bearings, and they don't have it listed for use on a bearing on their site.
ОтветитьYou guys need to fix your microphone or how you hook up your equipment. It's kinda hard to focus on you when all I hear is annoying static in the background.
Ответитьcan you use wd 40 on trucks and bushings for lube?
ОтветитьUse citrus cleaner to clean bearings
