HELP MY BATTERY WONT WORK. Once the cart is fully screwed in it has 3 red flashing lights and won’t hit. It says it charged and when the cart isn’t fully in the button works like usual. I’ve used this type of cart before and it works so I’m upset the battery died after like a month

What do the different colour lights mean? I have the black pen and the colours of the lights are purple, blue and red 🤷‍♂️ I have no idea what the different colours mean 😂 pen works okay thoug

I just bought the black vape pen what does it mean if when I click it 5 times it blinks white and turns off? do I have a defective pen? or is it the cartridge because I bought that separately somewhere else

This vape pen SUCKS. The button gets stuck, it says it's charged but when I hit it, it blinks twice as if the battery was out. When charging it never blinks. This vape pen is a total nightmare. Battery never lasts.

Once it’s completely charged does the green light turn solid or continue to blink green?

Hello there .. I am just waiting on my order from just CBD .. I ordered the Pineapple Express cart and one of the just batteries .. on the details for the cart it says to use a 450mah .. but I think the just batteries is 400mah .. will it still work with that cart?

I just got mine yesterday and charged it all night but it won’t turn on at all. It only lights up when it’s charging but won’t turn on at all or anything. I haven’t even used it.

My charger shows my pen is fully charged, but the pen shows dead when I put my juice on it and attempt to hit it.

My cartridge stopped working all of a sudden, what do I do?

I bought mine from JustCBD last week, but there's no twister knob, it looks like a simpler version. Has no twister, led only stays white and says honey stick not battery. Is there a video on this one? It gets really hot after 3 drags.

Honeystick products have become my gold standard when it comes to batteries and vaping products, period. Plus their CBD line is all they say it is. Around $8 after the discount for a top of the line pen style battery? The old saying “If it seems to good to be true it probably isn’t!” just doesn’t apply to Honeystick!
