im so pissed i taught i was streaming like 3 times but i wasnt and its so frustrating that this shit happens

Ive been doing all of the solutions here and there. Not one is working. The bind to IP (did trial and error on this one on all ip available), change recording path, clear cache and restart, uninstall reinstall, resetting stream key, restarting the pc, changing internet networks. Im too demoralized with this.
