Is there a list of two tier and single tier states
ОтветитьSay i wanted to become an agent just bcuz its cheaper than paying one when buying a house. Do i still have to pay a broker, or even have a broker?
ОтветитьReal estate agent does all the work gets the client. Sells the home. The broker taxes the hard work. It's safer to be a broker than an agent however the reason why brokers are more experienced is a good agent would want to be a broker just to not get taxed by paying the broker.
ОтветитьGood Info!!!
ОтветитьThank you for this video!
ОтветитьGood video but speaking too fast to catch all the information.
ОтветитьI’m literally here after watching the Wolf of Wall Street
ОтветитьBut most of our brokers will not allow you to join until they are a realtor.
ОтветитьIm still extremely confused lol
ОтветитьSounds like a scam to me , I buy and sell without either and keep my % in my pocket.
ОтветитьNot being a broker does not mean you're less experienced.
Incorrect info.
There are agents with over 30 yrs in the business that did not become brokers because they would rather just concentrate on clients and not managing a brokerage.
A brokerage cannot have 2 brokers. One has to step down.
Taking the brokers test isn't hard compared to the regular agent test.
It does not mean this person is automatically a better choice.
I've met many brokers that I was more knowledgeable in many areas when I was a new agent.
This clown didn't explain shlt
ОтветитьThank You!
ОтветитьIn Puerto Rico you take a test which it just divides between Sales Person or Broker. You choose which test you wanna take. So you can be a agent or broker.
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьThanks so much man.
ОтветитьThe downfall to REALTOR is you MUST Arbitrate before filing a civil court law suit.... no like that part!
33 years never a REALTOR and I've been on MLS ever since....Never found a true use or advantage to being a member of NAR
I need a bouncing ball. I'm even more confused
ОтветитьAlright if I don't have a License Broker what is it called ?
ОтветитьExcellent.
Ответитьso does the broker can still sell houses or is it merely the duty of an agent?
ОтветитьGood job, I got what I came for!
ОтветитьStraight to the point😤
ОтветитьI have a few questions for you whenever you have time. Is there any way we can communicate off the record.
ОтветитьHello I just heard you say you from Indiana. I am as well and me and my brother is in the real estate field.
Ответитьnot very well explained try not to bounce all over the place, explain one idea fully then the next.
ОтветитьThank you soo much bro you jus gave me some teally good knowledge 👌 and earned a new subscriber 🤝
ОтветитьThanks 😮💨 got it!
ОтветитьGood Video! I think customers often wonder. Sharing this on our Facebook page.
ОтветитьWell explained. Thank you!
ОтветитьThis was well explained! Nicely done!
ОтветитьHow does real estate agents get clients? Does the broker firm give them clients.
ОтветитьThank you for the explained version of your video…
ОтветитьIs a realtor or broker more secure than an agent ? As in there are full time salaried positions rather than 100% commission based? Or are all three commissions only?
ОтветитьWhich is more stable for a career path? I wanted to become a real estate agent but saw it is only commission based which sounds very risky. If I were to become a broker , mainly managerial —or realtor, is it possible to find full time salaried positions?
ОтветитьThank you this helped so much!
ОтветитьThank you for this, you explained it very well!
ОтветитьCool video, I love the content here. I am a real estate agent out here in Chicago, recently launched my YT. Would love to support one another and hopefully work together in the future. Feel free to reach me on IG @fullerlifestyle_
