ОтветитьThis will reduce pain but it doesn’t take away the imbalance and the damage already done to your tendon. So doing this to reduce pain and isometrics would be best. Make sure to monitor pain as well working through some pain is fine.

ОтветитьI've never had any issues with my elbow. I went to the gym for the first time. (Low weight ) some machines and specific curls make me stop immediately during the lift . But it stips immediately if I stop. No pain that lasts long. It feels like some one stuck a knife on my elbow . Its hindered gym .
ОтветитьOk, this dude is just amazing. I injured both shoulders working out. It was so bad, I tried to call in to work (I’m a driver) bc it hurt like hell to grab the steering wheel. I pushed thru that day, watched one of his vids and went to the gym that night. I 💩 you not—ONE SESSION and I was right on the cusp of 100%. Since then, my shoulders are like, “What pain”?

ОтветитьI did this for months and it only got worse.
ОтветитьWhen I first saw this, I honestly called B.S. but now…it’s part of my routine and can’t dream of me not doing it. The trick for me though is that it takes a good tension amount of tension (had to double my band by folding it) and 4 sets of 20 squeezes for both elbows and it went away soon after and it lasts for a couple days. I was in disbelief.

ОтветитьI suffered with Tennis Elbow for more than a year, it came to a point where i couldnt even lift a cup or open the door for months. Tried every workout and nothing helped. The only thing which is gonna help you is rest and keep your wrist straight. Its gotten alot better after months and months of sufferings. Once pain is left 10%, then you gotta follow all those Therapy workouts. Learnt from my mistake and dont want anybody to go through this.
