Great video Tom! I would love to see the results, how many clicks vs how many followers are you getting per day? how many in the total campaign? cost per follower? Thank you so much!

I haven't found it worthwhile to pursue getting more followers on socials, as they don't seem to convert into plays. It's fine to have an account, run ads ect. but the number of followers doesn't seem to matter much at least when the numbers are low-tier 500-1000. Seems like a vanity game, not really a business metric, at least for a musician.

Thanks for the great video Tom. I'm always torn when deciding whether I want to do this method or not. Sure it's great for getting your numbers up (IG followers), but it's the quality of the followers that concerns me. If you end up with a bunch of followers that passively follow you & don't engage, then that in turn would hurt your organic reach/engagement because IG will think your content isn't "good enough" to push since your current audience isn't even engaging. Do you know what I mean? Idk, I'm not saying that's necessarily right, but I've always kind of had that thought in the back of my mind. What do you think?

Hi Tom. First of all, thanks for everything you taught me. I have started to see results on Spotify etc. I have a question due to this video in terms of follower growth on IG. What do you think about Mexico? In general i gain a lot of streams from that country but i'm a bit unsure if adding that country only will result in 'likes' on the ad, besides from the song getting streams, (which is not that bad) - but not really converting into followers. I have added most european countries + top tier 1 global countries but didn't choose asian, african or south america countries. It sort of revolves around my thoughts about Mexico. I aim for quality followers and not just likes on the ads and streams only. Just a gut feeling about mexico, i don't know why since they stream a lot which im thankful for haha. I followed your campaign in these video on all other parameters. What are your thoughts? All the best from Denmark :)

Hi Tom, great vid. I currently have 33k followers on my instagram because of my reels promoting my music. I am now able to have a reel pop off every 2 weeks pretty much. it's working well but feel like I'm hitting a plateau soon. Do you recommend that I start pay for advertising? How low could I go per day? I don't think i have the ability to drop 10 dollars everyday on ads.
