It's so crazy to me how you can spit useful facts about the game for 50 minutes straight. Your game knowledge is amazing and this content is a goldmine.

After watching couple videos I wondered where those win rates coming from, so looked at the statistics.

That %67 win rate is only valid if you manage to get spear of shojin pre 10 min mark.

That being said his overall win rate hovers around %49 percent, and best of the best Hecarim player doing around %59 for last 7 days. Hecarim has the 7th highest disparity comparing best vs overall. (excluding champions below %5 lane rate) Don't know how much mastery involves, or how hard to play Hecarim is.

Looking at his counters, seems like any type of hard cc, cages, dash preventing skills counters him. (Don't gank the top lane lol)

So I guess you need to pick your fights with Hecarim, As of now he seems not strong against meta, not blind pickable perhaps.
