Just got botox this morning, thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьThank you, super helpful, real, and informative! I suffer from migraines and unfortunately I know how debilitating migraines are.
ОтветитьThanks for the information! My migraines start in the fall and they’re usually a daily thing. I’m going in for my first Botox treatment next week. You mentioned you take allergy medication to help, what helps you for your sinus inflammation?
ОтветитьDid you try nerve blocks before the botox? Did they work?
ОтветитьThis was super helpful! I just had it done and I felt that it hurt the most when they injected my face
ОтветитьHi Ashley, does it in any way impair you from working out at the gym?
ОтветитьHow many needles did u get? Im so so Scare. Gonna get it Next week am not looking forward Im such a wimp. What can I take for these nerves?
ОтветитьThat’s me 🥴
ОтветитьI’m confused my Botox for my migraines and was injected in the same areas cost 3,500! At Ma General Hospital. My insurance pays for 100 percent but before it was covered they gave me price . I’m so confused that you’re cost 800. Where do go? Also where they place the Botox does not help with wrinkles it makes it worse. The 11’s kind of go away but I don’t really have them however they intensify any wrinkles around the outer area of your eyes and upper forehead. I wouldn’t care if the Botox worked for me or the placement but I paid 400.00 with a cosmetic dr and was given it just in my forehead area and the migraines stopped 98% . I’ve had them since I broke my neck in my early 20’s and I’ve been on every medication. I’m now in my 42 and I will go back to paying 400 with a cosmetic dr . please readers - BEWARE... my shoulders/ neck and back of my head are in a lot of pain and in spasm . I also can’t swallow properly and need a drink by my side at all times so I don’t choke, yes this was a warning from my dr that this could happen ⚠️, It is horrible!!! I can’t wait until this wears off and I can just go to cosmetic dr that I tried before this neurologist. Last, it does not take 2-3 tines to work! If it’s going to work it will work the first try as my neurologist told me! The only thing that might happen as you go tune and tune again you might need less . I’m happy it worked for you but please inform you subscribers of the horrible things that can accrue!
Ответитьomg, scary, I go for mine on thursday, im scared, cant wait though, thanks for the motivation to go to my appointment.
ОтветитьHow long roughly does each procedure take? I read its 31 needles around the skull and base of the neck so that sounds like it may take a while and being needle-phobic I'm terrified of having this done but am willing to try as a last ditch attempt to reduce the pain
ОтветитьI did some research and I came across something that said you can lose your eyebrows .. is that true ? 😥
ОтветитьAre u taking it still now? ur pain gone forever or not yet?
ОтветитьThank you so much for making this video and sharing it because I am getting Botox for the first time in two weeks and I am kind of scared mainly because of the needles!!! I really appreciate how you kind of wrote down the appointment and showed what the treatment is like and how you listed and went over your side effects and I’ll let you know how my appointment goes!!! Again thank you this was very informative!!!
ОтветитьDoes it hurt
ОтветитьI am going to get Botox for my headache
ОтветитьI am kind of scared
ОтветитьThank you for sharing
ОтветитьHi Ashley!!! I might be doing the same thing very soon this video is very motivational. I know you said that it helps with dizziness, just curious how bad was your dizziness with your migraines? This is usually my main issue. Thank you ❤️ hope to hear from you!
ОтветитьSuch an informative and helpful video! Thanks so much for posting . . . it's the best one I've watched.
Ashley, I've heard that when Botox is injected for migraine relief, it leads to "droopy eyebrows" and enhances forehead / eye wrinkles. Did this happen to you?
Thanks so much. I've been struggling with migraines for about 15 years now and I am looking to make Botox my next step in dealing with them. I've had CT and MRI scans to identify physical abnormalities (happily? Nothing). Tried Maxalt, Perkacet, buckets of extra strength Advil, Tylenol, Motrin, coffee, Keto, and low dose anti-depressants. A slew of physical therapy and a sleep apnea machine later and here I am. I really hope I can come out the other end doing as well as you seem to be. Thanks for the information.
ОтветитьWhat are the side effects of Botox. My migraines are at the top of my head so would Botox work
ОтветитьAwesome video, thanks
ОтветитьVery informative. The clinic will call for first time appointment.
ОтветитьAlso going for it
ОтветитьMine get so much worse in the fall winter too. I’m looking forward to treatment. Medicine/pills was getting ridiculous for me as well. No quality of life whatsoever!
ОтветитьI'm going to do this. I'm scared.
ОтветитьDose the Botox will affect anything on the shape of the face?
I’ll do it tomorrow and I’m worried about it! Been suffering from migraine daily honestly!
Has anyone ever taken nortriptyline for migraines? I have medication anxiety and I'm having a hard time getting myself to take the medication. With the Botox, are there any negative long term effects?
ОтветитьMy migraines are causing vertigo and i am getting Botox starting next month
Ответитьthere is heaviness in back of my head, wil this botox injection help. Please answer.
ОтветитьI ran across your video this evening. I was doing a search on the botox shots for migraines because I have my first appointment tomorrow. I was wondering if you still find relief, and are you still on your treatment? Mine will last as I wake in the morning then several days later. Tomorrow is my first set of shots.🤞fingers crossed they help.
ОтветитьHow long does it take for the injections bulbs on your forehead to go down
ОтветитьYou mentioned that you take a lot of pills, (as do I) did starting botox help get you off of all of or most of the pills? I am so sick of taking pills everyday but they won't let me come off of any of them. In fact they seem to keep adding to them as my chronic migraines get worse 😔
ОтветитьI have chronic migraines with symptoms much worse than you have explained and let me tell you botox was the worst decision I have ever made in my life. My migraines have become much worse to the point I wanted to end my life.
Ответитьhave you ever had any issues with injection placement? i can get this for my migranes, but am afraid of the botox making my face look different
ОтветитьYea wait until the side effects hit you. The drs don’t tell you that part. I was sick for 2 yrs from Botox. Now a family friend has side effects.
ОтветитьDoes taking botox every after 3months shows any side effects to you?
ОтветитьI’ve been on Botox for 6 years, every 3 months for chronic migraine. Cost is going to vary depending on health insurance provider, $1200 before, $200 after for me. You have to get it every 3 months to maintain effective coverage. For some it can take the first 3 rounds to be effective. I could only try to go off of it if my migraines were 100% controlled for a year. I’m not planning on that happening any time soon. Chronic migraine sucks.
ОтветитьThank You! I start my treatment tomorrow! I am nervous but this was helpful
ОтветитьDoes the Botox hurt at all
ОтветитьIt hurts, but worth it.
