How to solve double image when printing color

Hello I have changed the transfert cartridge but it still asks me to change it...and it doesn't grab the sheet correctly also I can smell like something burning....any idea of how to fix this ? Thanks a lot for your help 😢

My printer will not feed for example cardstock or glossy photo paper. How can I fix that problem.? Thanks.

Hallo, was könnte man versuchen, wenn die Blätter gewellt aus diesem Druckermodell kommen? Das ist nämlich bei mir der Fall. Es ist zwar minimal, sieht aber aus wie ein Sandmuster im Meer. Also mehrere leicht gebogene Wellen von links nach rechts auf Hochformat bezogen. Primär an dem Papierende, das zuerst aus der Ausgabe kommt. Liegt das an der Transferrolle?

After resetting, unplugging and a 30 second wait, replugging and powering up the printer it worked perfectly. Not sure how long it will go but so far so good. Thank you for your help.

thanks for the video. I followed all the steps and replaced the transfer belt but afterwards the status remains unchanged and the printer asks to replace the transfer belt. How do i solve this?

Saqué el cilindro, lo limpié y rearmé. Ahora hacer un ruido enorme como si estuviese una pieza trabada.

Muito prático. Aliás tido deste impressora é muito prático pra trocar. Obrigado pela dica.
