Street clutter, filth, uneven paving, uneven horse and cart surfaces, traffic jams galore, narrow horse and cart routes, never-ending roadworks, high density living in low grade buildings, rip off rents, severe lack of parking spaces, badly parked vehicles, noise, overcrowding , high obesity rates, no town planning and stress. Avoid the UK at all costs. Check out the slap dash , poor workmanship paving. Imagine tripping up on that and waiting for a non-existent ambulance to show up? No, it is best to avoid the UK at all costs.
What's the state of the health service in the UK? Non existent
Note, no consideration given to emergency vehicles due to rubbish narrow roads , badly parked vehicles, overcrowding and speed humps galore. It simply delays these emergency vehicles but there's no remedial steps being taken. Things will get worse as more and more cars are added to these streets thanks to overpopulation and the horse and cart routes become even more clogged up with traffic. Simply reckless management.

I remember Ealing Rd 50 years ago before they came, now like fungus they've spread throughout the area and you smell them in the area. Why do they always smell? And its so dirty now.
