Sorry to rain on your party, but I found this extremely annoying and pointless. No intro, no outro / punch line, terrible pacing... Count me out if you're looking to turn this into anything worth paying for.

For those of you who didn't understand, I think there are multiple interpretations. Here is mine.

The new worker is having a harsh lesson about how people treat each other. They label one another and treat them accordingly. Abusing people (kick me), praising people (marry me), ignoring people, replacing people etc.

At the end it becomes apparent that the workers are treated as no different to a stack of papers with the post it note "shred me". The protagonist then thinks of someone he doesn't like and plans on putting the post it note on them. They have been around in this toxic work environment for so long that they are now contributing towards it.

Rather sad...

I don't understand how people are reading the notes on his back from in front of him. Other than that, I can say this film is definitely short.

He never says “Love ME” ~~~

This is very professional and I like it, but no question it is too ambitious for a one minute film. Perfect story for a 2-3 minute film though. That would alleviate the viewer having to rewind/replay repeatedly, in order to actually read the notes & follow the action. Also, it takes more than one minute to process this many situations & events.
