Will doing this exercise after I give birth help with recovery or future births?
ОтветитьMy wife and I are looking to have a baby in the near future. I was doing research to see how to help her with pregnancy leading up to the actual birth. Found your video and all the comments are very reassuring this is good one to save!
ОтветитьIm currently 36 weeks plus 2 days. I have been doing it since week 25 or something. I really feel great and uplifted after doing this. I will update you about my delivery once it is done.

ОтветитьHi Jessica, I gave birth on the 37th week last week. Wanted to wholeheartedly thank you for this wonderful set of exercises. I was following this (along with a few of your other routines) since week 20 and it made all the difference during my labor. Had a natural birth with no epidural. Midwives complemented that i was in so much control throughout the 12-hour long labor and I know your exercises and insights played a HUGE role in that. It was a wonderfully positive experience, all thanks to you! can't wait to get started with the postpartum exercises.

ОтветитьI want to thank you for the exercises, they helped me a lot with my first pregnancy. I started practicing them from the second trimester. I gave birth naturally in water, labor lasted 8 hours, I spent only two hours in the hospital. Thank you so much! 😊

It's my 1st day to do this exercise for the preparation on my vbac 😍.. it feels so great and I did finish it! Currently 29 weeks! Planning to do this exercise at least 3 times a week! ОтветитьHi mam, i had my delivery today. I dilated to 4 cm for 6 hrs and dilated in labour room upto to 10 cm for only 2hrs. N it is my first time pregnancy
I have been following this video since my 34 weeks till 39 weeks. I think thats what helped me have a rather short labour. Thank u so much. U r doing a great job ❤
Im 39weeks and 4days today. Been doing your workouts since my first trimester and they have helped tremendously by keeping me more strong, less sciatica thqn my first pregnancy.

1st: struggled to finish this. I skipped one 30seconds because my glutes are burning from the other exercise I made BUT it definitely trained my cardio and breathing
Hi. I just want you to know that I already gave birth at 39weeks with 2 hours of labor only in the labor room plus 4hrs at home that I thought it's just false labor and discharge out 12hrs prior.. Been playing your videos since 6-7months pregnancy. First time delivery. Pls continue to teach, inspire and I'm really grateful for your work-out. Though I had big laceration because I couldn't concentrate on the pain that's always coming, just so fast❤😅🎉
