I have Minecraft for pc and an RTX 4070Ti. Someone suggested I get a shader. What should I install and how taxing is it on the GPU? Do you need to add special cooling? I have liquid cooled i7 3.8Ghz cpu. Thanks

PTGI HRR is frankly ugly as hell. Author fell in love with downscaling and decided to slather vaseline over your screen to "upscale" it. Your only option is manually 2x your resolution with either a mod or Optifine.

Is nobody bothered by the super bright lighting of Seus PTGI 3.0?

In intro and outro with nostalgiaVX shaders did you tweak the settings or use default settings please answer

i have an rx 570 (pretty low end) and seus runs amazing without any high quality texture packs (30 fps +)

I don't know if you'll see this but this is my opinion and recommendation that I am sure others agree with: when reviewing shaders in Minecraft get rid of any non default resource pack as you don't really show the real Minecraft experience and those resource packs don't look that good

I tried using Molly VX. No major performance issue with 3090ti, but framerate usually hangs around 50fps at 40 chunks or 30fps at 64 chunks
My main issues with Molly VX was that there's no render fog and no light rays so I often found myself going back to Astralex, a non RT shader, but otherwise has all the features I want.
I'm thinking I may give Apollo a try though.

2. I was planning on buying a gaming laptop and which would run NostalgiaVX better (do you think): ASUS zephyrus g15 ryzen 9 5900hs nvidia 3070 maxq or Msi gp66 with intel i7 11800h and rtx nvidia 3080 both 16 gigabytes ram but upgradable to 32?
