never played a game like baldurs gate before but since buying it, its literally difficult to put it down, you wake up, you want baldurs gate, you play it NONSTOP and you have to force yourself to stop its just too fucking GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD

as someone who got Baldurs gate 3 on the 21st december, never played any game like it before, holy shit its fucking amazing, instantly skyrocketed into being one of my favourite games of all time, EASILY game of the year,
sidenote: spiderman didnt stand a chance it didnt even come second, in the running for GOTY it was like 4th or 5th place

game of the year..thats some b'll'sh't..i know it got plenty of content and stuff but lets talk about the boring and slow combat and the horrible camera angles..if it got dragon age combat than its game of the yr for sure..but not with slow boring combat.

It's taken me 60hrs just to focus mostly on the campaign a few adventures but not that many man last game I played as fun was the witcher. Baldurs gate has way ti much content like Easy 30hrs first act, 40 hrs 2nd act and 60hrs 3rd act dead set while having fun.

I got Baldurs Gate 3 last week after all the awards and everything i didnt think i would like a turn based game but i finally decided to get it well im 30+ hours in theres no going back

I always knew Baldur's Gate was going to win GOTY even though i haven't played it, i have been seriously considering picking it up though apparently it's got a lot of content and seems to be lots of fun, i'm just a bit worried that i find the gameplay a bit complex lol, but i like rpgs that give me many different choices instead of like a wheel with 4 options of which two of them are just Yes or No... i'll pick it up when it goes on sale during Steam Winter Sale
