Top-Secret Plan : Jake and Lucas are sent to the CSB to investigate while the criminals aren’t there. They find a map that leads under the Capitol. Jake and Lucas then venture to the basement of the Capitol and find a science lab. Jake and Lucas look for this top secret plan. They soon find a video from the day of the power eruption (When everyone gained powers). They soon find out the power eruption was a failed experiment.
Top-Secret Plan PT2 : They run to the door and open it, only to be stopped by O.R, Pound, and Alicia. They fight. But, they lose. Jake and Lucas are then taken away.
