i got one of the first novas in the US and i can concur that besides my physical studio build is the best gear i own!

one reason the price on the nova is still higher is the Dante license. those are so expensive. I was looking at making some cheap interfaces for a small project and they wanted almost $1500 plus additional fees. Thanks for another great video.

Did you deleted my comment? I made an independent full test of the current state of the unit, good that your viewers can have a look at that, I guess.

Not saying that there's anything wrong with the Nova, but going from an ST2 Pro to the Nova would not be an upgrade.

One year later: now super nova is waaaay better and intuitive than old bad nova.

Can I use this still with my Neumann mt 48 interface ? So I’ll go out from the interface into the nova’s input ?

Is there any delay with using it? For example, using a synth plug in or guitar amp emulator while recording? Or would you only enable room correction for mixing?

Can you link 2 novas together for atmos mixing?

When Trinnov is a “black box” between monitor controller (DangerousST) and speakers, What is the latency? Does it mean I can’t really use it while tracking?

Thank you for your NOVA videos. Would be great to see a Remote configuration video. Current software seems a bit buggy, I hope to see some updates soon. The end result from the calibration is amazing.

Do you have to purchase an additional license just to use your sub on output 3 on the Nova?

this is better for me? i use roomwizard correction with impulse respone with fog convolver.

Interesting, especially for a stereo setup. Now if they could fix the latency issue for tracking/Virtual Instruments....

I have 4 ATC speakers, one pair of SMC 25 and one pair of SMC 45. if i purchase an additional license. Will the Nova perform separate optimization for each pair? Therefore, the calibration for the SMC 25 will differ from that of the SMC 45, correct? It will not apply the same correction to both pairs. Also, one more question, did the old Trinnov (the ST2) offer this feature? Two separate corrections for 4 speakers?

If I have an apollo twin as my interface what level should I have it as when I do my calibrations so that I don't risk blowing anything out but still making sure it's all correct?
