How to add an image over a video in Shotcut | Shotcut Image Overlay Tutorial (2023)

I have a question… if i want to insert the picture which is not the same size with the video.. how can i do it with white background but still having the video audio.??

Clicking "Open Track" opens nothing.

Thank you, I knew that you could add images to Shotcut but couldn't figure out how to move them, it's surprising to me that it was just a simple filter.
