loved this workout though its been the most challenging so far. I could not figure out why i couldn't lift high up in single leg bridge and tother postures, but now realise my hamstrings are the weak link. I didnt know how to isolate and strengthen them using dumb bells until this workout. the 30 minute format makes it so easy to fit in the morning.

ОтветитьThank you so much for this series Caroline. Everyday I show up for myself and try my hardest and I’m just so proud that I found something I enjoy doing. I just had my second child 5 months ago and trying to get back into shape so I can live a long healthy life for my boys is my priority and these 30 minutes fit perfectly into my day and it’s very attainable for a mom of 2 little ones. Thank you again for you encouragement during the videos too! This community is so positive.
