i expect better from the dodo about posting this, that bird is clearly hormonal and does not see the man as a "dad" but as a partner. He should know that touching the bird like that isnt good the only part you can really pet a bird is on the head. That is not "tail wagging" that is the bird being hormonal. I love birds man i hope he does better. If not the bird might get jealous and angry at other people for being close to him.
