Does the NSFW filter apply to pictures?

Because when I try to upload a picture it doesn’t work. Is it because it is “inappropriate” or something else?

but be warned, sometimes the so ignores or characters reply with something snarky

I gotta question why not people just use chat GPt Dan protocol to ask it how to turn off the filter code of character AI or ask Dan to use to copy the filter code to turn off the filter of character AI or to mod character AI to add a toggle to turn off nsfw or turn it on
