Hey! So I’m not sure if it’s Hydroxyzine that you’re on but it is a sedative. I used to take it as well, and if your dosage is high, it will make you tired/sleepy and apathetic. I had to lower mine so that I wouldn’t be drowsy during the day but just enough so it would still work for anxiety

I use to take that medication and had to switch to taking it at night because I was so tired and would fall asleep during the day, when I took it in the morning 🙃

I take a low dose of sertraline for my PMDD (a different drug than what you take but still an SSRI) and it makes me UNBELIEVABLY sleepy! I take it every day of the month though and that side effect has definitely lessened over time

Prozac made me sleepy for a week and I slept so hard which I needed then I started to feel more uplifted ❤

i got extremely extremely exhausted on the days i took my anxiety medication and was already taking a low dose. mine is a medication you can cut, and so i ended up talking w my doctor and i cut them in half now and that has help me not be tired and still get the effects!!
