She's a very iconic character from the Epic. Also Shri Krishna's family, Radharani, Rukmini, Eklavya, Ghatotkach etc can also be added to make it more elaborate just in case you want it.

Maybe 12-15% of the narration is depicted correctly, but most of the narration is erratic and without any symbolism to the original story and it's background leading to the events in time.

i think there's a lot misconceptions in your refrence. maybe this is because the Mahabharata is not the starting point in ramyaan thousands year way before Mahabharat, it all was inter-related because of 7 chiranjeevi and other factors like punar-janam
