Ответитьthats our guitar hero Guthrie Govan on the pipes!!
ОтветитьI would reallllyyyyy love the intro song before the bagpipes. Its so ethereal so mysterious .... want to have that on repeat.
ОтветитьThe technology will be different. The people will be the same. The mistakes, the same.
ОтветитьDay 126: the base has been breached, sector C is complitly under they control, sector A and B have been destroyed by the worms, sector D and E are getting down in rations.

BTW, i not a native english speaker, i was born and raised in Bolivia
Is there anywhere we can get this piece of music? I don't think I've heard the bagpipes theme in its entirety before, and I love bagpipes. I commented this on another video, but when I first heard it, I was taken aback by its mournfulness. Then, because I already knew the story, I decided it fitted perfectly, because the melody speaks of a people who know they are facing certain death, and are choosing to meet it face on and with all the dignity and pride they can muster.
ОтветитьCrazy that the bagpipes aren’t real and it’s actually the greatest guitar player in history: Guthrie Govan.
ОтветитьIn hindsight listening back to this theme, it so accurately captures the nature of the Atreides Family and they're circumstance. An honorable family, with immense power, that have been sent to this miserable planet to die. The way the bagpipes are played here create a sense of mourning as well as a sense of great might and honor. It's as if the bagpipes are foreshadowing the fall of the mighty house Atreides but also highlighting the fact that they will die with honor. Then from that tragedy a greater hero will arise.
Ответитьthat dude there ain't walking how he should
ОтветитьMy favorite
ОтветитьPut your neck hairs right to attention
ОтветитьI’m gonna beg my future wife for us to walk down the aisle with this blaring as we walk down the aisle this will sound so royal and grand
ОтветитьThe thing that makes me love this theme is that the history passes in such a distant future but bagpipes still remain. That means altough the years past and humanity conqueors worlds there’s still some cultures that endured
ОтветитьI love how the story starts lol why can't everything just work out for House Atreides? 😂 You can't help but feel hopeful even when you know they're doomed, this song encapsulated that 'doomed-hope' feeling so perfectly 🤩
ОтветитьBest bgm ever Heard♨️♨️♨️
ОтветитьThe National Anthem of Humankind. Send it out to space already!
ОтветитьThis one is still a copy of original one. WT music didn't uploaded this original one, they excluded this from official soundtrack...
ОтветитьHow is this not on the OST?
ОтветитьFavorite part
ОтветитьThis music makes me feel like I belong somewhere else, I feel like I remember my other life
ОтветитьMan it's a real shame they didn't include this on the official soundtrack. Such a fantastic scene/musical piece especially in theaters. It's genius that Hans Zimmer used Bagpipes which are often played at military funerals. One could find it symbolic in the sense that the Atreides are arriving on Arakis, but will soon meet their inevitable doom. Thank you for uploading this!
ОтветитьATREIDES! ATREIDES! ATREIDES! ATREIDES!
ОтветитьEnjoyable
ОтветитьI’ve been looking for this! Thank you!!!!
