What i find more horrifying, is that with how Durge is, how it reproduced has grim implications

How do you get here? When you reject Bhaal he kills you and then Jergal purges the dark urge. That's what happened on my run. I assumed if you embraced Bhaal there, there wouldn't be a second chance. Can you still choose to destroy the brain?

Yo... think about this for a second. If there's DLC, the Durge that kills themself is basically DnD Jesus

This shit had me heated my character was just staring at karlach making sounds i was like yeahhhhhhh good thing I had a saved filed so I could reject my father’s gift

Makes me wonder with that final part with Withers. Is that a hint towards maybe a sequal of sorts for the Durge, or maybe just an open ended ending, one you decide within your own imagination as to what happens to him after death.

ya know, everyone talks up the Voice acting for So many characters but man... Withers is such a good one. The VA gave me chills when he says "well done"

How sad yhat when Karlach did the toast eith her cuz durge did the same with the blade, as if he was trying to respond to her moviment with the very little of control he still had on his mind

For me I think that 6 months time skip is only in Dark Urge mind while his real body still in prison, because they still celebrating after 6 months , Karlarch not explode and Wyle still not turn back to human not making anysense.

That last ending, oh PLEASE let Gortash and Durge be reunited for like a duo fighting their way through death or smth. I want the drama so badly

Going to avernus would be best way to deal with dark urge

I know Baulder's gate has DLC planned and Withers implies that the druge will be needed again. If druge goes to jail withers also tell them they he wont forget. With all that, im left to assume that the DLC will either have withers revive everyone for one final battle(i say revive for the druge kill yourself ending) or the cliffhanger where druge kills everyone while they are sleeping was unsuccessful and druge is rehabilitated.

All endings imply that while druge has fucking lost it, there are still scraps of humanity left that are struggling to ressurface to a tortured level

I feel like they could make the suicide ending just a bit worse and have Tav's love interest crying of holding tav as they die or being held back by the others

So there no happy ending for the dark urge 😕

How is karlach still alive six months later?

Gez, all companions happy and alive, get invited to party, it's the last night of their lives. They all die offscreen? Thanks, Jergal, for not warning them. Even if they manage to kill the rabid Durge, they don't have armour on, they are asleep, so at least one of them dies in the surprise round. Well, I guess Jergal can all revive them, as he could before during the game.

How is Karlach alive

dark urge is such a great character. imo they are the canon story. the amnesia story line is old but it was very compelling finding who the hell you are and what is going on. so much fun

Does Durge escape if you imprison yourself?

In act 2 at the mind flayer colony, where we can meet the doctor and she said before that our that Durge cant talk and she really suprise to see Durge talk also you can find a pod where being smashed. Well that explain why our Durge can escape the cell and I can imagine what was it like back in the day when Durge was in his current situation? Also seeing Durge end like this kinda hurt myself quite. For Durge after all we have been thourgh, we shared stories, battle, fun, laugh just to see Durge end like this. It's a grudesome fate for Durge to deny Bhaal not taking the Absolute, it's a fate that I don't want my Tav Durge entangled even I sided with Bhaal and take the Absolute. We immerse ourselves in the role of our character so for me and for my Tav Durge to end like this kinda hurt me !
But also I hope that we will get an epilouge for Durge Absolute ending. I find that Durge story quite special and the ending Absolute with Durge kinda the same with the normal Absolute ending
and it made me feel like Durge's ending wasn't really special and separate from the normal Absolute ending so I hope we will have an epilouge in the future.

I wish there was an option with rabid durge to scream at the party, to alert your friends of the horror that is coming.

I wonder how Durge was even able to lock himself away with Bhaal taking over? Also at least there COULD still be a chance for his companions to fix him assuming Withers told them about his condition.

I'd heard about a deleted Bhaalspawn ending where you wake up after getting a Gnoll pregnant. It's not this one but this... It has touches of that and in some ways, it's way worse
