I have a question if anyone can help, right now i have an Asus router which can allow multiple VPN clients. You can assign device IPs to the individual VPNs so that all other devices go out via the normal route. Can the UDM do something like this? If so, could you make a video or point me in the right direction please. Thanks

Is this also possible just for a single device without using a seperate network? I added a client to the route as a target, but it still uses my own IP. When putting it in a seperate network it works.

Can you have VPN client routing and OpenVPN server exist in the same UDM pro? I mean hide my network behind a VPN provider, while provide remote access VPN to mobile device off site??

Still not available on UDM pro and I am running the newest software. Don't want to go to the UDM SE as it does not have dual wan ports. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for putting this together. I know the video was 7 months ago, but this is so, so easy now in Unifi 3.x on the UDM Pro too. I set up with Unlocator. It wasn't needed previously, but as the ISP switched to a weird public but not really public IP (i.e. there is a public IP inside the country, but a different public IP from outside the country), the normal way broke. I am hopefully able to get this going soon and have my FireTV work properly again :)

Thanks for trying to help but as is the case with all you tech guys, you figure we are all as smart as you! We're not and this is insanely fast and the bit where you say type client into config, WHERE AND WHICH CONFIG FILE FFS!?!? The test is saying that I'm connected to ExpressVPN but my traffic is still going through Virgin Media servers.

Thanks for the video, I'm finding an issue when trying to create the VPN Client it does not allow me and tells me "there are no networks". I have the default one and the testvpn.

After talking to support, they indicated that the USG-Pro-4 does not have the VPN Client feature and directed me to UDM-Pro or the SE.

Hi Cody, thank you for sharing such a great video. I have a question for you regarding Express VPN. How can I fix the leak test issue? When I tested my connection, Express VPN notified me that my DNS is exposed. I have heard that this can happen when you connect to the VPN service without using their software. Can you please advise on how to resolve this? Thank you.

Does Unifi sells a device that would plug between the switch and the apple tv with VPN? thanks Awesome video as always
