I really am so very grateful I have found you, Travis. As a former male professional dancer, this is exactly what I need in my life. It´s not only the stretching and the breathing and the many different poses that I appreciate, but it is also almost more so the mindset of yoga. I don´t need to judge myself nor do I get judged, I don´t need to achieve and I don´t need to be harsh on myself when there is something I don´t immediately get. It is a refreshing ideology if I may put it that way. I do have a few questions for you or for anyone else in the community; When I am in a side plank, one arm on the mat and the other up to the sky, my bottom arm shake uncontrollably. It/they shake so much that I often need to put down a knee or simple jump over that particular exercise/pose. Are my arms just that weak or am I doing something terribly wrong? My second question is something I assume males in general have a problem with; my private parts are often "in the way" when I am in cobra or sphinx or even in a chair pose. I have tried different tight underwear but haven´t found the ideal yet. Does anybody have a suggestion? I would really appreciate any suggestions or thoughts on this. Thank you and Namaste ❤❤
