One more trick can be worked, you have to first pause the adblocker then reload the website, then when you see that website is running , then resume your adblocker again, it worked for me,

Inspect element is available only on windows browsers but not on mobile phones.

Even Chrome browser on mobile doesn't have inspect element or dev tools.
