Thanks. The exercise was amazing ❤🤗👏🏽
ОтветитьThank you, I enjoyed this workout!
ОтветитьDo you know how many calories you burn while doing this workout?
ОтветитьIt was a great work out, it was so easy to follow along.
ОтветитьI haven't done a step class in the last 25 years. This is a good one to begin with, only could manage 30% but will continue.
ОтветитьTime to bring my step out of the wardrobe, dust it off and get back into it. It can be really hard for those of us who are not coordinated to advance beyond beginner BUT you are still the best step coach Ive seen 😀
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьMy friend and I love it. Enjoy the automatic adjustable angles. Feels very stable and safe. Picked the wider tract. Loved the price on it. Great for our new year resolution to exercise more.
ОтветитьMy 1st step class in 30 odd years. Just been diagnosed with COPD and realised thatI need to do more than my usual 12-1500 steps a day. Had to have a 2 minute break about halfway through but I made it!! Sweating like the proverbial... This will be my go to for now. Thanks Jenny.
ОтветитьCan it tone lower belly
ОтветитьWow this is a really good 'old skool' step workout. I used to do step in my mid 20's, so 30 years ago. And I loved it then. This routine is exactly what I used to do back then. I have to lower my step now, but I've only just started back into it. It was a really good workout and was sweating buckets at the end of it, but so enjoyed it and will keep following this routine
Ответитьtop!
ОтветитьThank you! You are amazing ☀
ОтветитьHow many calories do we lose with this cardio exercise?

ОтветитьHow many calories would this aim at burning. Very new to this and first time
ОтветитьJust wanted to say thank you, Jenny! You are so sweet and nice! I appreciate your videos.
ОтветитьAnother great one.
ОтветитьAmazing workout! Thank you! Subscribed 😉
ОтветитьI wonder how many steps this video is? ❤
ОтветитьThank you very much for this. I struggle with exercise due to a variety or reasons one of them being that i find them hard to replicate. This was simple to follow and i really appreciated to positive reinforcement and check ins. I think step aerobics is definetly the way forward for me it is well suited to my strengths and weaknesses.
ОтветитьOMG! I absolutely LOVED this workout! I forgot how much I love step aerobics! I tried some others, but none were as easy to follow along with! Thank you!
ОтветитьI love that your step workouts are easy to follow, uncomplicated and fun!! Step always intimidated me in the past, but this is completely doable!!
ОтветитьGreat workout!
ОтветитьMan the best ever!!! Im a nee subby!!!! Thank you. So easy to follow and great motivation!!
ОтветитьOmg I was about to give up, then I noticed it was all over! Omg..I like it! Thank you for not pushing us too far…I’m trying to get back into fitness now ❤
ОтветитьGood morning workout before starting the day
ОтветитьAnyone still stepping in 2023?
ОтветитьThis was the PERFECT workout to get me started back exercising. I usually start a video and don't finish it, then get discouraged and quit trying. I finished the whole workout and feel great. Even getting over a knee injury. THANK YOU!
ОтветитьGreat!
ОтветитьI love this workout. Its so easy to follow. Im sticking with this one for the time being before i give your others a go
ОтветитьI really liked the summit step exercises, I tried to the the intermediate ones but my exercise space is to small and can’t walk around the bench. I hope you bring the summit ones back Thank you!
ОтветитьGod Bless you
ОтветитьI love your video I have been doing it for a week almost. I am 43 and have let myself go. 2023 will be a new year and you will keep me smiling!!!!
ОтветитьA truly beginner step aerobic workout. Others claim to be beginner but it’s not easy to follow the choreography. This one is so easy to follow and I worked up a good sweat!
ОтветитьI just did this workout and it was easy to follow. I sweat a lot at this one. Thank you for sharing this!
ОтветитьGreat! Second life was began
Ответить👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️
ОтветитьGreat work out! Love it! 🎉
ОтветитьJust found you yesterday Jenny! I love the short vids as I also do yoga and meditation in the mornings so a longer workout takes too much time. This is a perfect daily cardio burst between harder training. Thank you :)
ОтветитьWhat height step do you use, and how tall are you?
Here's the reason I'm asking:
You always seem to be getting a good workout, even on the basic videos, even though you're a lot more fit than I am.
After a few months of your videos, I wasn't getting much out of it anymore. The higher-level videos are too complicated to keep up with, and a lot of the more advanced movements require more space than I have, so there wasn't much I could do to make it work for me again, beyond just doing it for hours and hours a day.
Fortunately, height-increase attachments just became available for the step I use! I added a set to my step to increase the height from 6 inches to 8 inches. It's working a lot better now, but I can't make it through the long videos at this height yet. I have to go back to the beginner levels and shorter videos until I get used to the higher step and can last through the videos I used to use every day. I have a second set of height-increase attachments in case I ever need to go up to 10 inches, but I'm only 5'5", so I don't know if I'll ever need to go that high.
If you could remove the background music, it would be perfect. The constant computer music "beat" is distracting.
