Fallout 76 - Is Bloodied OP? - SOLO Earle 1 min with Full Health Stealth Commando Build

As a bloodied user, this build seems very interesting to me. I don’t think that chinese stealth armor is good with a full health build though, the reason for that is, when you are using csa you are extremely stealthy and you are not going to get hit, but if you are full health you can take the hits, thats why I think that csa is more viable for bloodied and regular unyielding or vanguard is more viable for full health! :) But if im ever gonna try a full health build, I’ll be trying the build in this video!

How do you have so much agility without the legendary perks

so, you did like 35 dmg/shot and killed Earle in 1.07. But when I fight Earle with another random player, i do like 22 mdg/shot and no ap buffs. How it is possible that i need to spend like 23 mins of non stop shooting to kill it, forget that there other player with me? Does this game scales Earle hp for solo and non solo?

How are you jumping so high if you are not irradiated?

Nicely done. In a PC version I could easily use number switch to take chems and power food & drinks. Bless the full health build.

I’m only a level 55, if you had to calculate at what level will I need to be, so that i am able to unlock all the slots for legendary perks and have all of the slots maxed out?

Shame, that commando is viable onlu if everyone is not detected, otherwise, loss of potential is significant

they really should make it so its easier to have something quick slotted like in place of stims it would help her and people who use colas

So the VATS crit stacks?
I heard it is capped on 50% and only works with base damage weapon, not including extra damage buff from bloodied/junkies and sneak attack

For adventure mode bloodied is amazing but For pvp bloodied means very little I mean there's guns in the game that can 1-2 shot players a simple explosive laser rifle packs a hell of a punch,two shot missile launchers done,two shot mirv I'll see you on the moon I get bloodied builds always thinking they tough until I wipe them and myself out with that two shot mirv I don't care I got the kill

Very nicely done but let's be real, vats is a glorified aimbot. Combine that with the Fixer giving you 50% bonus every other shot just for using the aimbot.
The plasma flamer video was much more impressive tbh.
Beat him with a Handmade no vats and that would be impressive.

Full health builds are completely fine. There isn't content that would require some insane dps numbers. Sometimes I feel like I run unyielding build just for more xp from +15int :D

Thanks for the full health build video. I actually have a quad fixer and an anti armor fixer that I hardly use. I'll have to give this a try.

It is my understanding that with the new patch if you have a weapon with +10% damage whilst aiming, that will now be buffed to +25%. If one has a fixer with this effect, that could be interesting. Thanks Femos for this well put together video. I run full health and this was very helpful to me.

i soloed earl with full health commando np, i took me more than 1 minute, but it was my first try so... as weapon i use qe25 handmade so i can easy control recoil when my ap is gone. I prefer handmade over fixer coz of recoil control/pattern and dmg diffrence isnt significant.

Nice one! It looks like we will be able to put legendary effects on Enclave plasma guns when the legendary crafting update comes, so there will be an even better plasma flamer soon.

I don't see the fun on killing everything in one shot tbh. Kinda unfair too but so is bloodied builds
